I can't eat small quantities of nuts, I always pig out on them, they are moreish than smack.
When I eat them, I get the shits that night, then bunged up for two days before having utter liquid tornados erupt from my arse.
I get the same with pizza as well nowadays, just can't seem to tolerate them.
I snack on biltong and seeds now. Sorted.

Planters were the first and best dry roasted nuts for me.
Marmite cashews are nice too but expensive

I love to mix Crisps and Peanuts up in a bowl 2 peanuts to every crisp is wonderful just mush em all together Cheese and Onion is good although Salt and Vinegar and the normal flavour free potato crisp also taste nice with peanuts.
